Returns

Branded Products:

The stock we offer is without any counter claim or warranty until & unless specifically mention in list.

We only offer Genuine Product with Company seal & Granted Brand New.

Non-Branded Products:

You are eligible for the return/refund claim if the product is not same as you ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the ordered item has issue/defect we will be exchanging the product for you upon Video Claim.

If the product received or packaging is damaged due to usage, company keeps the right to deduct the price from the product.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa & Bank Account.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 3-days Exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a Exchange.

To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Provide a video proof for exchange.
